Wanting to be a Leader Minus the Responsibilities of Being One

Kevin Garnett said of Mc Hale, that he wanted in his heart to be a coach but doesn't like the responsibilities of being one.
Sometimes I feel like we all are like that, right? I mean, we want to be leaders because of the privilege and the respect that comes with the position. We just want the title. We just want to bark orders here and there. But we should bear in mind that, from Spiderman, "with great power comes great responsibility". If you want to be a leader, learn to serve first. Try hard to be a leader because you want to serve and not to be served, and I think with that kind of mentality we will be successful leaders.
